At the first stage of the Diamond League in Doha, Caroline Kipkirui and Norah Jeruto from the Club performed in the discipline of 3000 m.

Caroline got the victory with the result of 8:29:05, ahead of world champion Helen Obiri.

Norah Jeruto took the 10th place in the same race, while showing her personal best at a distance of 3000 meters: 8.37.09. This result is on 11 seconds better than her result in Ostrava, last winter.

Separately, we emphasize that Norah specializes in steeplechase running, and the first start in her best discipline this year will be held on May 12 in Shanghai.

Undoubtedly, impressive results in the first stage of the League are achievement of the Club coaching staff who systematically led athletes to the track.
