On June 1, 2018, the competitions of the European Athletics Series in Athletics in Montbeliard (France) Montbeliard Meeting was attended by Nikita Filippov, who performed  wearing the Altay Athletics sportswear.

At the French start, Nikita Filippov, who performed in pole vaulting, took second place.

On June 4 Filippov will take part in an elite start in the Czech Republic: European Athletics Classic Permit.
